Hello! I am Jade, the face behind New Market GTM. Unlike other GTM or management consultants, I don't just apply a theoretical approach to strategy.

I knocked on doors as a business developer, built partner networks from scratch, created enablement and training programmes and managed teams of marketing specialists in and across APAC, Europe, North and South Americas.

​

Having been on the global front lines allows me to apply big picture thinking to strategy, yet have the practical experience to work with your commercial, marketing, product and operations teams to deliver tangible business results.

I spearheaded Dojo's shift from SMB to Mid-market & Enterprise, helping grow transactions in this segment by over 300% in one year.

  • Defined and executed the Mid-market & Enterprise GTM strategy 

  • Created a Sales Playbook and delivered a digital and in-person training programme for 200+ of the top payment consultants across the UK

  • Worked with Product teams to identify and prioritise solutions that increased larger merchants’ revenue and operational efficiencies

  • Helped Field & Inside Sales close some of Dojo’s largest customers to date, contributing to billions of pounds in transactions and pipeline

  • Collaborated with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operational teams to establish processes fit for scaling to enterprise customers

  • Introduced advocacy programmes such as the bi-annual Customer Advisory Board and Meet the Customer.
